We are so honored to hear how Teleios grants and resources are impacting ministries globally!
Greetings! We have good news to share with you, on 24th May 2025 two young people Boy and Girl, a Boy-named Yash, and Girl -named Vaishnavi accepted Jesus Christ as their lord and savior and took the water baptism. This young boy had attended our previous Bible study meet at the church and he has changed. And the young girl has also changed.
I thank God through this Bible study meet people are changing and accepting Christ. Dr William and Jeanette this has been possible through your Support and prayers. Dr William, I’m Glad to tell you that I’m using the resources from Teleios website and YouTube channel. Thank You for the resources.

Michael Weis is one of our dedicated Bible Study Teachers at Teleios, faithfully serving for the past four years. In celebration of our 25th Anniversary, we interviewed Michael to learn more about his journey, passion for teaching God’s Word, and experiences with the Teleios community. Read on and be inspired by his story.
Q: Why did you choose to be a Bible Study Teacher?
Michael: I have been teaching with Teleios for over 4 years. I chose it for the opportunity to teach others, equip others and help them understand the Bible. I also chose it because I needed a part time job with flexible hours.
Q: How do you envision BSP evolving in the next few years, and how will it impact the next generation?
Michael: I see Teleios continuing to provide excellent teachers who deliver Biblically based content. I can also see them branching out even further in their social media platforms, in addition to what they are doing now. In order to reach the next generations, we must look at what is available now, and prepare for what is to come. The BSP program can do that!
Q: What is your anniversary message for Teleios?
Michael: Happy Anniversary! May our great God continue to guide, bless, and empower us all to serve Him and those whom we teach.

Meet Samaria Epps, a passionate young student from the USA, mentored by Rhonda Williams. Here’s what she shared about how the Bible study has been shaping her walk with Christ:

04/18/25 – NAVIGATING RISK AND FOSTERING RESILIENCE IN MINISTRY
PAYRA Inter-Church Trust Training Session
A recently concluded training session titled “Navigating Risk and Fostering Resilience in Ministry” brought together 30 church leaders and ministry workers for insightful learning, reflection, and strategic equipping. Held from 12 to 15 March 2025 in Dhaka, the training was facilitated by experienced practitioners from Consilium, whose combined expertise in security and theological insight provided a profoundly enriching experience. With the growing challenges ministries face in volatile or high-risk environments, the session provided the practical tools and spiritual frameworks needed to lead with courage and wisdom.
Key discussions explored situational awareness, the OODA Loop for rapid decision-making, emergency planning, and the practice of shrewd resistance—offering participants actionable strategies for real-life ministry settings. More than just tactics, the training addressed the heart of ministry work: discerning God’s calling while wisely navigating danger. Biblical insights on fear, obedience, and persecution reminded everyone to balance safety with faithful service.
The PAYRA Inter-Church Trust sincerely thanks Consilium, its partner churches, and Teleios, whose support and connection made this session possible. Empowered and inspired, participants now have a renewed commitment to serve boldly and wisely in their respective missions.
