04/04/25 – PAYRA COOPERATIVE MARKET: WHERE LIVELIHOOD MEETS MISSION
Recently, PAYRA launched its Cooperative Market—a church-led initiative aimed at supporting local farmers and artisans, most of whom are church community members. The market provides a shared space where producers sell fresh produce, groceries, handmade clothing, and locally crafted goods at fair prices. By allowing producers to set their prices and bypass traditional middlemen, the cooperative ensures dignity, equity, and sustainability in every transaction.
The market is managed by a core team of 30 farmer-artisan members who also co-own the cooperative. This structure has helped increase household incomes, provide access to affordable goods, and strengthen local trade. Income generated from the market supports both the church’s mission and the participating producers—creating a model that uplifts lives while sustaining the ministry.
Beyond the economic impact, the Cooperative Market has become a community hub of spiritual connection. It has opened doors for building relationships, sharing the Gospel, and encouraging those who walk through its stalls and are part of the organization. It is a living testimony of how God’s work can thrive in the ordinary—where faith and livelihood meet for His glory.
PAYRA Trust (Peaceful Assembly of Yahweh’s Remnant Ancestry) mobilizes local churches to transform lives and communities. Teleios has awarded PAYRA several grants to support their ministries efforts in Bangladesh.

03/14/25 – SPREADING LIGHT: HOW SUPPORT FROM TELEIOS TRANSFORMED LIVES IN KIJURA
In the heart of Kijura, where faith is often tested by adversity, Light the World Church has been a beacon of hope, reaching communities with the Gospel of Christ. Through the generous support of Teleios, the church has expanded its mission, bringing spiritual transformation to those in need. With the grant received in January 2025, the church has been able to carry out gospel outreach and evangelism, reaching three villages and impacting the lives of at least 50 individuals as of February 2025.. This support has also enabled them to work closely with Local Council representatives to ensure security and with future plans to receive trainings from Pastor James of God’s Love Church, strengthening their faith and leadership.
Among the many lives transformed, Collin’s story stands as a testament to the power of faith and community support. Once burdened by bitterness and anger, he struggled to find meaning in life—until the church reached his village, offering not just words of hope but genuine love and support. Through their teachings and unwavering encouragement, Collin found healing and embraced his faith in Christ. Now, he is an active member of the church, sharing his testimony and inspiring others in his community to seek hope and renewal.
Despite financial challenges, Light the World Church remains steadfast in its mission, fueled by faith and the generosity of those who believe in their cause. The impact of this partnership goes beyond numbers—it is about lives restored, hope rekindled, and faith strengthened. As they continue to spread the light of the Gospel, their story serves as a reminder that even in the most difficult places, God’s love knows no bounds.
